Mike Hale has been such a wonderful resource as I navigate a difficult situation with a previous employer. Managing Partner
Michael Hale is an experienced litigator with over a decade in the courtroom. He’s been in the client protection business since day one, protecting insurance carriers and their insureds on behalf of some of the best firms in Florida and across the country. He is experienced in handling every aspect of a matter; from identifying one’s legal vulnerabilities, to pre-suit dispute resolution, to litigating through trial. His goal is to ensure every aspect of his client’s life is protected, today and for years to come.
Michael was born and raised in South Florida. Being the oldest of six kids, this instilled an instinct to protect those in need at a young age. He graduated from Liberty University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law. Michael is married and has two kids of his own. He enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, fishing, and working on home construction projects.

Jonathan Hodges has represented clients from the pre-litigation stage through trial for nearly a decade. His experience includes property law, family law, business law, and workers’ compensation. Jonathan was born and raised in South Florida. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law. Outside of the workplace, he enjoys athletic competition and values time spent with his wife and children.
